As a general rule, we do not accept advanced bookings
for single night Saturday stays.

The balance of the cost of your visit is payable on arrival.
Breakfast consists of a hamper delivered to your door every morning consisting of
fruit juice, cereal, fresh milk, bread, butter and preserves, fresh fruit or yoghurt.
Tea and Coffee are available in the cottages at all times.
To ensure privacy, cleaning of the cottages are carried out before and after each
let.

Cancellation Policy
To protect against late cancellation and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put
the following policy into place.
On booking the accommodation a non-refundable deposit, the equivalent to the cost of
one nights stay, is required. |
